General Policies

Check-in: 15:00 h
Check-out: 12:00 h
Early check-in and extended check-out (free of charge)
It is possible to check in 1 hour early or check out 1 hour after the established time at no additional cost, always subject to availability and with prior management authorization.
Late Check-out (additional cost)
Late check-out is subject to availability and prior authorization. If approved, you may stay at the hotel until 20:00 h with an additional cost:
Suite: $1,000 MXN
Standard room: $800 MXN
If an early check-in or extended check-out is not possible due to availability, you may leave your luggage at the reception and continue enjoying the common areas, including the pool and bathrooms.
Children
At Serena we welcome families with children of all ages. To enjoy a safe and peaceful stay, we recommend that little ones always remain accompanied by an adult, especially in areas with natural and polished surfaces.
Pets
We love animals, but at the moment we do not accept pets inside the hotel. We appreciate your understanding.
Smoke-free hotel
At Serena, smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or in the common areas. Guests who wish to smoke may do so only in the designated area at the hotel entrance.

Rate types and cancellations
We have two rate options:
Non-Refundable Rate
The most convenient rate for those with fixed dates. It requires 100% payment to confirm the booking. It does not allow cancellations. For bookings made directly with Serena, you may request a change of dates with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Flexible Rate
Requires a 50% payment to confirm the booking and the remaining 50% upon arrival at the hotel. It allows modifications or cancellations without penalty up to 3 days before the arrival date.
Important
If you make your booking through another platform (Booking, Expedia or other external channels), any change or cancellation must be managed directly with that platform and will be subject to its own policies and conditions.
